Coaching Plans
Customized Monthly Coaching
This is month to month coaching, with fully customized training plans and ongoing coach feedback and touchpoints throughout. Whether you are at the front of the pack, the back of the pack, or just joining the pack, this plan ensures a coach is alongside you for the journey to help guide you to your best performance(s). A lot of athletes don’t have the time to figure out how to best optimize their fitness - having a coach takes care of that.
This plan includes the following:
Training Peaks Premium Account (used for tracking progress, planning workouts, etc.)
Fully customized training plan adjusted in 2-4 week increments
Long Range Plan outlining the overall structure of training to your race(s)
Up to 4 phone/video calls per month with your coach (Up to 45 mins each)
No limit on communications via text
Coach feedback after all key workouts and as necessary for other runs
Guidance/planning for race day logistics (i.e. equipment, pacing, aid stations, nutrition, etc.)
Static Customized Plan
These fill a gap between 1:1 fully customized monthly coaching and the “copy/paste” or “one size fits all” type plans you may see online. While the plan does not adjust throughout your training with the help of a coach (thus “static”), we will still create a plan that is customized to you based on your race(s), goals, current fitness, and training availability.
These plans include the following:
Abbreviated onboarding form to drive customization
Customized plan up to 24-weeks long
One consultation call (up to 45 minutes) to review the plan and discuss any questions.
Detailed explanation on RPE approach and workout structure/types
Note: Since no ongoing coaching, follow-up, or analysis is included in this plan, it is important for athletes to consider if they can monitor their progress appropriately since adjustments will inevitably need to be made throughout.
